Role Description.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated full time role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Colombo. The role will support both site operations and head office functions, with involvement in pre-contract and post-contract activities.

Key Responsibilities.
•    Preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
•    Evaluation of quotations, tenders, and contract conditions.
•    Preparation and submission of interim payment applications.
•    Monitoring project costs, variations, and financial progress.
•    Site visits for verification of work progress and quantities.
•    Assisting in subcontractor payment evaluation and final accounts.
•    Supporting project managers and engineering teams with contractual and commercial matters.

Qualifications & Skills.
•    Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
•    2–5 years of experience in construction/MEP projects (pre- and post-contract).
•    Sound knowledge of construction contracts and cost control methods.
•    Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software.
•    Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
