We are seeking a skilled and motivated full time role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Colombo. The role will support both site operations and head office functions, with involvement in pre-contract and post-contract activities. Key Responsibilities. Preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. Evaluation of quotations, tenders, and contract conditions. Preparation and submission of interim payment applications. Monitoring project costs, variations, and financial progress. Site visits for verification of work progress and quantities. Assisting in subcontractor payment evaluation and final accounts. Supporting project managers and engineering teams with contractual and commercial matters. Qualifications & Skills. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying or related field. 2–5 years of experience in construction/MEP projects (pre- and post-contract). Sound knowledge of construction contracts and cost control methods. Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
